Brick Rodeo uses cookies for a number of reasons, like protecting your data and account, helping us see which features are most popular, counting visitors to a page, improving our users’ experience, keeping our services secure, and just generally providing you with a better, more intuitive, and satisfying experience.

User Account

When creating a user account on Brick Rodeo, we may collect and store the following information securely. Your first name, last name, username, email address(es), IP address(es), billing address, shipping address, password, phone number(s), default language and other personal identifying characteristics of you, your device(s) and connection(s).

Your account data is securely encrypted and stored. Brick Rodeo will never sell, trade or give-away your information without your express consent. To permanently delete all your account data, records, history, uploads, orders, and all other account-related data, please contact us to remove your full account. This process cannot be undone or reversed. Please note Brick Rodeo is not responsible for any loss of data and will not be responsible for providing the public any backups or data requested.

Ticket Terms & Conditions

Children (aged 17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult to visit. Face masks or coverings are highly recommended during your visit. Children 2 years and under are FREE to join the fun. Strollers are not permitted in the exhibition hall, but stroller parking will be provided. Bring your camera, photography is encouraged! Please include #BrickRodeo when you share your pictures on social media. All sales are final on all ticket and membership passes. No refunds. T-Shirts and other add-ons will be available at the Brick Rodeo vendor table during Brick Rodeo. Please read our full Privacy Policy and Terms before buying your memberships or tickets.

Brick Rodeo will not ship event materials. Please be present to receive them. If you are unable to attend, please arrange to have them picked up for you. Materials not claimed by the end of the event revert to the property of Brick Rodeo.

Brick Rodeo Shop

All sales are considered final. Thank you for supporting Brick Rodeo with your purchase.

Sales tax is charged for all orders picked up or shipped to Texas addresses.

Payment Data

When you provide your payment information, it's directly transmitted to our payment processor, Stripe. They use and process your payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We do not directly store your payment information on BrickRodeo.com or your account.

Encryption of sensitive data and communications including all payment information is secure via https (SSL) and other high secuirty methods to protect you and your personal data.

MOC Guidance For Public-Display

All public-facing LEGO® displays should reflect LEGO’s Family-Friendly Policy & LEGO® Brand Values.

Brick Rodeo is family-friendly, think PG rating. Please don't build someone else's design and present it as your own. Please respect ownership of designs, copyrights, trademarks, etc. Feel free to ask if you're not sure about something.

Code of Conduct

Brick Rodeo is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for its in-person and virtual programs and communities. We do not condone any forms of bias, harassment, or intimidation. This conduct includes, but is not limited to, language, behavior, and material that intimidates, attacks, or threatens someone and/or their work; language and behavior that is abusive; name-calling; taunting; and/or any conduct referencing or directed at an individual or group that demeans that person or group on the basis of their identity including race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, immigration status, military status, etc. Consequences for such behaviors are at the discretion of Brick Rodeo up to and including ejection from the event without refund. Brick Rodeo has sole discretion in determining whether a code of conduct violation has occurred. By registering and/or participating, attendees agree to the terms of this policy.
