Brick Rodeo Staff & Volunteers will setting up the Kalahari convention space. If you'd like to volunteer for this, sign-up: Volunteer Here

Wednesday Booth Hours:

Exhibit Hall Setup (Ballroom): 3pm - 1am
Registration Booth: 3pm - 1am
Customer Service Booth: 3pm - 9pm
Auction Booth: 3pm - 9pm
Game Booth: Closed

Badges or paper tickets are required for entry into Brick Rodeo! Registration, Vendors & MOC drop-off will not open until setup is near competition. An email and text message will be sent out at that time.
